While we are fortunate to have a creative team unmatched in experience, talent, and imagination, our strength truly lies in the design process. We are not wedding planners, and we value the partnership we share with certified wedding planners who specialize in the logistics of your big day.

Minute-by-minute coordination, hotel blocks, guest transportation, and entertainment choices are best handled by a professional wedding planner—and we are always happy to recommend those we’ve worked with in the past.

Our focus is on creating and executing the vision: florals, décor, rentals, and all the design details that make your event one-of-a-kind. (Though if you need an extra hand with cake tasting…we could be convinced!)

Yes—we ship décor nationally at very reasonable rates, and we do it all the time! There’s no minimum budget for décor shipping. Simply call us for a custom quote.

Whether it’s personal florals, seasonal home décor, or custom branded installations for high-end businesses and commercial spaces, all of our clients can count on exceptional design, premium quality, and the same attention to detail that defines every Urban Earth project.

Our cancellation policy applies to all events, weddings, rentals, and décor. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book and secure your date. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, there are no refunds, reductions, or cancellations. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your event, and all monies are non-refundable after this point.

Once a deposit is received, our team immediately begins working on your event and often invests in additional assets, materials, or rentals to fulfill your order.

If cancellation is made in writing at least 4 weeks before your event date, an in-house credit may be issued toward a future event within 1 year, subject to Urban Earth’s availability and a $1,000 rescheduling fee.

Changes to an existing order after going to contract may incur additional modification fees. For custom or special-ordered items, a 100% cancellation fee applies regardless of notice.

Cancellations due to weather are only permitted in the case of a named hurricane or a declared national emergency weather event.
